Participants arrived into Cape Town over a period of 3 days prior to the start of the main program. Staying at two hotels, Taj Cape Town and Belmond Mount Nelson, guests had time to settle into the Mother City.  The event kicked off at Gold Restaurant with an African Welcome Festival, followed by a full day of optional give back, take home, immersive experiences.  The last day in Cape Town was spent conferencing and re-connecting with colleagues and a successful farewell beach party at Grand Café & Beach where guests danced the night away.

Another highlight awaited the guests, it was time to pack the safari bag and get the binoculars ready.  Participants flew by charter aircrafts into Hoedspruit Airport and was swiftly transferred to their luxury camps. 380 guests, 190 bedrooms, 14 lodges exclusive use, miles of open bushveld and rare wild life that will leave you breathless. Exhilarating game drives, morning coffee stops in the middle of nowhere, informative bush walks tracking wild animals, relaxing spa treatments looking out over the savannah, sundowner drinks watching the elephants quench their thirst, delicious plated dinners under the stars, it was the perfect ending to a well-deserved Incentive!
