Café Gannet is a restaurant in Mossel Bay and an institution in the restaurant scene, along one of the most celebrated coastal routes in South Africa, the Garden Route.

It has recently opened its Inverroche Gin School—the Inverroche brand is the first local gin produced in South Africa.

Visitors will be able to craft their own bottle of South African gin and learn more about the local Fynbos and how it is incorporated into the process. The Ginvolution experience includes delving into the history and origins of gin. Food and gin pairings are offered daily, placing an emphasis on local ingredients and traditional cuisine. Classes are on offer twice a day and can accommodate up to 36 people at a time.
