Shamwari Game Reserve is renowned for being a luxury safari experience that showcases the African continent in a profoundly intimate sense.
In 2020, Shamwari Game Reserve is offering a unique experiential experience that will blend ancient wisdom and modern luxury.
Only a handful of bookings are available to join a specialized two-day adventure trail with San hunter-gatherers. Pairs of famous Ju/’hoansi trackers from remote north-eastern Namibia will be joining Shamwari guides to create an unforgettable experience and share African wisdom and traditions that have been passed down for generations. The Ju/’hoansi are the last of the San people in Southern Africa.
Each experience will be limited to a maximum of six guests per excursion on the following selected dates:
