Your adventure begins in the Mother City, exploring its diverse range of activities which are designed to delight and inspire. You then continue along the Garden Route, a stretch of coastline which has become a sought-after destination for many across the globe.
Your self-drive in South Africa begins in Cape Town at the luxurious More Quarters hotel where you spend three nights. You continue on to Swellendam, where you spend a night at Schoone Oordt Country House. Make your way along the Garden Route to Knysna for a two-night stay at Tsala Treetop Lodge. Your journey ends at Gorah Elephant Camp where you spend three nights in the African bush in the Big 5 Addo Elephant National Park.

Day 1 - 3: Cape Town
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be met by a representative who will assist you with your travel documents. You will pick up your rental vehicle and drive to Cape Town’s More Quarters. More Quarters boasts an enviable location on the slopes of Table Mountain in Cape Town’s Gardens suburb. The hotel offers easy access to the city’s attractions, mountain features and Cape Town’s famous white-sand beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The hotel also provides a chauffeur service for its guests and complimentary transfers are offered to the V&A Waterfront and the Virgin Active gym on a daily basis. Day 4: Swellendam
After breakfast, your road journey continues to Schoone Oordt in the charming town of Swellendam. Schoone Oordt Country House translates into “beautiful haven” and this Victorian homestead is precisely that. It is set in verdant gardens in the farming town of Swellendam, where time slows down from the chaotic city. This charming country house blends old-world sophistication with the luxury of the modern. Meal times are a delight and breakfasts are served in the conservatory where sunlight frolics. Dinners are served in Koornlands Restaurant, one of the best restaurants in Swellendam, and are a fusion of Cape Country and European cuisine. Day 5 - 6: Knysna
After breakfast, drive along the celebrated Garden Route to Tsala Treetop Lodge. The 5-star Tsala Treetop Lodge promises a magical stay in South Africa’s beautiful Garden Route region. Set between the holiday towns of Knysna and Plettenberg Bay in the trees of an ancient indigenous forest, the lodge provides luxury accommodation. Day 7 - 9: Addo Elephant National Park
